Nick Konzen (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Albion Market Services Discord bot (the “Bot”) and the albionmarket.gg website (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information.

This policy applies to information we collect when you interact with our Bot or Services. By using the Bot, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect several types of information to provide and improve our Services:

2.1. Information You Provide Directly

• Discord User Information: Your Discord user ID and username are collected when you interact with the Bot.
• Verification Information: Your in-game name and server location, which you provide to be linked to your Discord ID.
• Support Tickets: All messages, text, images, attachments, and other content you post in a ticket channel.
• AI Processing (Opt-In): Images you upload in designated channels, if you have explicitly consented.

2.2. Information Provided by Moderators

• Blacklist Information: In-game names, server locations, and evidence related to community rule violations.

2.3. Information Collected Automatically

• AI Preferences: Your opt-in or opt-out choice for AI processing is stored indefinitely to respect your preference.
• Server Statistics: We periodically collect our server’s total member count to display on our website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To operate and maintain the Bot and our website, albionmarket.gg.
• To link your Discord account with your in-game identity for verification.
• To create and display market listings on your behalf when you use the AI feature or website.
• To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries via the ticket system.
• To moderate the community, enforce our rules, and maintain a community blacklist for user safety.
• To send you DMs and notifications related to your listings, offers, messages, and tickets.
• To sync our server’s member count statistics with albionmarket.gg.

4. Information Sharing and Storage

We do not sell your personal information. Your data is processed by our own services and is not shared with unrelated third parties.

4.1. albionmarket.gg (Our Website)

Your verification data (Discord ID, IGN, server) and server member count are synced to our REST API for albionmarket.gg.

4.2. Ticket Transcript Storage

Full transcripts of support tickets are transferred to and stored indefinitely on a secure archival service. Access to these transcripts is obfuscated by a random URL. You may request the deletion of your transcripts at any time.

4.3. AI Processing Service

If you opt-in, your images are sent to our self-hosted AI processor at albionmarket.gg. These images are deleted immediately after processing (typically within a few seconds) and are never used for AI model training.

4.4. Database and Local Storage

Your verification, blacklist, and other persistent data is stored in our secure MySQL database. Your AI preferences are stored in a local JSON file on the server hosting the bot to manage your consent status.

5. Our AI Model & Your Data

We want to be perfectly clear: We do not use your submitted images to train or improve our AI models. Our AI models are trained exclusively on synthetic data. Your images are used only for the one-time processing of your request and are deleted immediately after.

6. Your Data Protection Rights (GDPR)

As we are based in Czechia (an EU member state), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have control over your personal data.

• Verification: You can manage or remove your character verifications by visiting your dashboard at https://albionmarket.gg/dashboard/.
• AI Consent: You can view, grant, or revoke your consent for AI image processing at any time using the /ai preferences command in Discord.
• Data Deletion (Right to Erasure): You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data, including your verification information and ticket transcripts.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 13, in line with Discord’s Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting an announcement in our main Discord server.
