Welcome to albionmarket.gg (the “Website”), a trading platform for the online game Albion Online. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and the operator of the Website.

By accessing or using the Website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website. As our services require acceptance of these terms to function, your use of the Website constitutes your acceptance.

The Website provides a platform for registered users to connect with other Albion Online players. The services include, but are not limited to:

• Creating “Buy” or “Sell” listings for in-game items.
• Searching for item listings posted by other users.

Important: The Website acts only as a venue to connect players. We are not involved in the actual in-game transaction between users. All trades are conducted within the Albion Online game client at the users’ own risk. We do not handle, transfer, or store any in-game items or currency.

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

• Account Creation: To access most features, you must log in and create an account using your Discord profile. By doing so, you authorize us to access certain information from your Discord account as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• Verification: Access to trading features requires your account to be verified through our official Discord server. We reserve the right to grant or deny access based on this verification process.
• Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years of age (or the legal age required in your jurisdiction to consent to personal data processing) to use our Website.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate in-game names for the servers you play on, which will be linked to your account and displayed on your listings.

4. User Conduct

As a user of the Website, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or the Terms of Service of Albion Online. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in or facilitating Real Money Trading (RMT).
• Harass, threaten, or defraud other users.
• Post false, misleading, or inaccurate information in your listings or offers.

• Attempt to scam or deceive other users in any way.
• Use any automated system, such as bots or scripts, to access the Website or post content, except as expressly permitted by us.
• Interfere with the proper working of the Website or attempt to bypass any security measures.

5. Listings, Offers, and Transactions

• Listings: By creating a listing, you confirm that you have the right and ability to complete the described in-game trade. Listings must be for tradable items within Albion Online. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
• Offers: An offer sent by a user is a binding agreement to trade at the specified price and quantity. When a seller accepts an offer, the original listing is considered fulfilled and will be marked as “sold”.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for coordinating and completing the trade within the Albion Online game. The Website is not responsible for any in-game scams, losses, or failed transactions. We strongly advise users to practice safe trading habits.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and the underlying software, is the property of the Website operator and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Website without our prior written permission.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any user account at our sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms. Banning an account will result in the immediate expiration of all active listings and revocation of access to the Website’s services.

• “As-Is” Service: The Website is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• No Liability for User Actions: We are not responsible for the conduct of our users or the outcome of any in-game trades. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of in-game items or currency, resulting from your use of the Website.
• Third-Party Data: The Website utilizes data from the Albion Online Data Project (AODP). We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of this third-party data.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Czechia and the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
